[D] TERMS OF PURCHASE AND CANCELATION

b.For all forms of orders, you must make payment by the deadline. If payment is not made (or made outside the agreed deadline), then we reserve the right to cancel all orders or abandon the order process.

f.In connection with the cancellation of a booking made by a User after making payment, we may be able to withhold or take part of the amount paid to reimburse the expenses that have been incurred in connection with such cancellation.

b.In the event of termination, you remain bound by the obligations in these Terms, including but not limited to the warranties, indemnities, releases and limitations of liability that you have agreed to.

[F] TERMS OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from the use of the Platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tangerang City District Court. We will report any violation of content plagiarism and process legally.
You shall hereby agree to indemnify Us for all losses incurred by Us and defend and hold Us, our Directors and employees harmless from any and all:
•claims, reprimands, demands, and/or suits from any party in any form whatsoever.
•liabilities, damages, expenses and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) incurred or experienced, respectively in connection with/or as a result of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
